To use your maintenance budget, visit a bicycle dealer who is a partner of o2o.
Please note: invoices from bicycle dealers who are not members of the o2o partner network cannot be reimbursed retrospectively via the maintenance budget.
The bicycle dealer who supplied your lease bicycle obviously knows your bicycle best. If you do want to change bicycle dealers, for example when moving house, that's no problem at all. Any partner bicycle dealer can create a maintenance or repair invoice using your unique BikeID number.
Do you ride a Cowboy bicycle?
Then you can also use your maintenance budget to visit an o2o bicycle dealer who is a partner of Cowboy, or visit Cowboy directly.
Be sure to check out the list of Cowboy partners. Always mention your BikeID and the fact that you are an o2o customer with a maintenance budget, that way the invoicing goes directly via o2o.
