Select o2o as your payment method and enter your personal details at checkout.
You will receive an order confirmation in your inbox.
Use this as a quote to apply for your lease bike and continue ordering.
Good to know: your start date
Are you ordering a Canyon? Then your lease contract will start on the date shown on your 'proof of delivery'. It doesn’t matter whether the courier is at your front door or at a service point.
So it’s possible that your contract is already officially active whilst you still need to collect your bike. Don’t worry: we’re talking about a short period. Think of it as a brief pause at a red light: ready to set off as soon as the light turns green.
