If you terminate your employment contract, your participation as an employee in your employer's bicycle plan will stop.
Then there are two options:
You take over your bicycle. The takeover price depends on the lease period that has already expired. Because the longer your contract runs, the lower the takeover price.
You return your bicycle and pay a cancellation fee in the process, which is calculated when your contract ends.
Or you could simply take your lease bike with you to your new job. This is only possible if your new employer is also an o2o customer and you request the transfer of your lease contract in good time (at least four weeks in advance).
The calculation of the fee is included in the Bicycle Policy. You can find this through o2o Biker in the section 'Kick-off zone' or through your cafeteria plan.
Do you have a current bicycle contract and would you like to know exactly what costs are involved in early termination of a contract? It's possible! You can easily simulate the costs, such as the takeover price or termination cost, in o2o Biker, under the section 'Your bicycle(s)'.
Have you run a simulation of early termination and would you like the end your contract? Then contact your HR manager to get started with ending your contract.
