Hello, breakdown assistance

Broken down by the side of the road? Don’t panic! With this service, you get breakdown assistance to help you and your lease bicycle get back on the road. Find yourself stranded with a flat tyre or battery? Don’t worry, your breakdown assistance is there to help – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You have two options:

  • Option 1 - Benelux breakdown assistance: valid in the event of breakdown in the Benelux region (+25 km beyond Belgium's borders with France and Germany).

  • Option 2 - European breakdown assistance: with this upgrade, your breakdown assistance is valid in the event of breakdown within Europe (for information about the countries, see the General Terms and Conditions).

Contact the breakdown service

Call directly the unique number for o2o Bicycle Leasing (see o2o Biker, not valid for AG Insurance customers) and provide the following information:

• The BikeID number - look for this number on your bicycle sticker or in o2o Biker.

• Your name and the name of your employer.

• The make/model of your bicycle.

• The place where you are stranded.

Please note: payment for parts or interventions not included in the breakdown assistance cannot be made via the maintenance budget. The corresponding costs will be invoiced directly.
