This is how to make the perfect offer.
The offer should include the following information about the bicycle and shop:
- Brand
- Model
- Colour
- Frame size
- List price (market-conform) of the bicycle incl. VAT
- Discounts are not permitted (with the exception of a showroom model/end-of-series discount or factory discount; please state this clearly on the offer).
- Brand and model of the obligatory bicycle lock. The lock must have an ART2 certificate or security level 10 certificate. In addition, the bicycle must be able to be anchored (which is not possible with only an ART2 frame lock).
- Lock’s list price incl. VAT
- Any options with list price incl. VAT
- Clothing is not allowed
- Everything that can be attached to your bicycle (pedals, lights, bicycle bags,…) is possible.
- A helmet is also allowed
- A custom bicycle is possible (but you cannot put an extra set of wheels on the offer).
- Estimated time of bicycle delivery
- Name of the shop
- Shop address
- Shop website (if applicable)
- Name of the contact person of the shop
