You do not have enough budget through your salary or cafeteria plan to order your ideal bicycle. What next? Do I give up on my dream bike and look for a cheaper alternative?
No, you shouldn’t! With the personal contribution you pay a one-off amount to o2o, if your employer allows it (this can be found in the Bike policy). This reduces the monthly rental price. So it is still possible to lease your favourite two-wheeler!
When you pay a personal contribution to o2o, the total amount of the lease price decreases by this contribution, and so does the monthly rent. This personal contribution is a one-off cost.
All other parameters for calculating the rent remain the same. As such, the insured value remains the same as the original value of the chosen bike and accessories.
This personal contribution is not refundable in case of theft or total loss due to damage. When taking over the bike at the end of your lease contract, you pay 16% or 20% of the original list price of the bicycle and related items (more information can be found in the Bike policy).
