This depends on the use, the type of bike and the extent to which you like to work on your bike yourself.
- If you opt for an ordinary city bike, an annual service budget of around €100 will suffice.
- If you opt for an electric bicycle, then you will need at least €175 service budget to maintain and/or repair your bike.
- For a speed pedelec, we recommend a minimum of €200 as annual service budget.
Tip: be sure to take sufficient service budget, as you will also enjoy a tax benefit on this amount. That way, you will definitely not face any surprises.
Moreover, you save the annual service budget throughout the entire lease period. If you have not used all of the service budget by the end of the first (or following) year of your lease contract, this remaining budget will be added to the following year's service budget.
