Your remaining service budget is not lost!
- At the end of each full year you rent your bike, we will transfer the outstanding service budget to the next year of use.
- Have you reached the end of your contract?
- Your contract ends when the anticipated lease period ends. We inform you four months in advance that the end date of your contract is approaching.
- If you have any service budget left, you can use it to repair your bike and/ or buy spare parts, related to maintenance or repairs on your bike.
- The service budget can also be used by o2o to repair your bike, if it is in a poor condition when returned at the end of the contract.
- If you still have service budget left after this, we will transfer the remaining amount to a voucher, provided that you conclude a new bike lease contract within a term of 6 months[1] after the end of your previous contract. The amount of this voucher will be added to the service budget of your next contract and this accumulation is done automatically.
- If you have a negative service budget at the end of your contract (which is exceptional), you will pay the outstanding balance directly to o2o or your employer.
- Your contract ends before the scheduled end date:
- In case of acquisition, we will settle the accrued service budget in the acquisition price.
- In case of return, we will settle the accrued service budget in the termination fee.
- The service budget balance can be positive or negative. With a negative balance, this is when more service budget is drawn than accrued, you pay the outstanding amount to o2o or the employer.
