The bicycle dealer who delivered your lease bicycle knows your bicycle best, of course. If you want to change the bicycle dealer, e.g. because you have moved, that’s no problem.
Using your unique BikeID, any bicycle dealer who is a partner of o2o can create a maintenance or repair invoice.
Are you riding a Cowboy bike?
Then you can also use your service budget to go to an o2o bicycle dealer who is partner of Cowboy or to go directly to Cowboy itself.
Be sure to check out the list of Cowboy partners. Always mention your BikeID and the fact that you are an o2o customer with a service budget, that way billing goes directly through o2o.
If your service budget is big enough, you can also use it to purchase the Cowboy Care subscription at €240 a year. More info on Cowboy Care can be found on the website.
Apply for this Cowboy Care directly to Cowboy after the start of your lease contract. They will then handle this with o2o within your budget.
